so yesterday we were having a scrumptious dinner (yeah! i'm betty crocker now!) and for dessert ryan got some leftover ice cream cake we've had from emma's b-day in the fridge. he offers abby some and she says: "no thank you...mommy said i could have this for a treat", so she runs to the pantry and brings a brand new jar or roasted peppers.....ewwwwwww! so that is what she had for "dessert"

today i got a call from EDIS. the organization that sent the therapist to see emma. so now we have an appt. for the more extensive evaluation on december 8th. on a side note. the other night (when she got sick), she woke up crying. went to check on her and she had sat up on her own (first time). today she fell asleep in the car. when we got home i laid her in her crib hoping she would nap. 30 mins later i went to check on her. i found her sitting dumping all her toys on the floor! little stinker! needless to say, no nap that was followed by a 1hr temper tantrum. then this evening after dinner she was in better spirits and was not taking no for an answer: she wanted to walk! so i wrapped my home made moby wrap around her chest and she walked around the house for a straight 40 mins! not sure what to make of all this!

oh! and thank you jessica for the chore ideas...we need to be neighbors again! although i don't think you would enjoy the weather here :(
