really quick (cause it's late and i'm hurting):
the girls had their checkups. abby her 5 yr old one and emma her 18 month one.


abby's stats:
weight: 38lbs (33%)
* she weighed at 39.5 lbs at home but i think at that point she was still recovering from her tummy bug. plus breakfast that morning was a little iffy :)
height: 44 in (84%)
* some things never change

emma stats:
weight: 24lbs (43%)
height: 32 in (65%)
* it's nice to have an average child :)

miss abby was very happy to find out that she will no longer need shots (other than flu shots) until she is an adult. miss emma did have to brave two pokes on her one leg :( and for that she got an orange bandaid and a woody and jessie sticker that sister decided would look good on her shirt.

i have been really enjoying my dancing workout. abby likes it too so we do it together. half the time i'm laughing so hard i can't hardly workout. i'm gonna have to film her doing reggaeton moves!

i also got to go on a run last night...in the woods! it was awesome! now i can't move :{
