EMMA WALKS!!!!!

i can't hardly stand not telling everyone :) :)

i was picking her up from the nursery after bible study this morning. 

put her fleece while she was standing up.

ines, who had been watching the girls was in front of her a few feet away. 

emma wanted to go and i let her.

it was GLORIOUS!!!!

in other news, slightly related to the walking, i no longer have pain on my arm when i sleep and the numbness is 90% gone!!! 

thanks for praying :)

i woke up monday morning and realized i had slept all night w/o having to wake up to let the pressure on my arm release so that i could go back to sleep. 

another glorious moment.

i also went back to the chiropractor for a recheck and he said i am healing well. 

the posture was kept.

he gave me a bit of homework for the arch on my neck that will help with muscle tension i often feel on the trapezius muscle.

oh! and i can workout again :)

oh and also kind of related, i am now back to 7lbs away from my weight goal!!!

i am trying to not get too excited about that since it is all due to the pain i was feeling which lead to loss of appetite :( but i want to quickly get back on the workout train so before my body gets happy with calories!

and on a not related note:

abby and i are almost done with the third book of "the chronicle of narnia" series!

i think so far this is my favorite book!

and i think it might be safe to say that it is abby's favorite too. 

if it was up to her we would stay up all night reading the entire book!!!
