abby has been saving up her allowance for months and finally had enough to buy herself a horse. we originally intended to go to rofu but it was closed for inventory. so plan B was toys r us. happy girl: named him hestend.
then we hopped over to globus (kind of like a wal-mart). i've been on the hunt for one of these. (thank you kelly!). it is called einkaufskorb. it's ok if you can't say it....i can't either.
i got a cheap one but that is ok for right now.
maybe in the future i'll get a better quality one.
and lastly we drove to the base to get a movie for our movie night tomorrow :)
tomorrow is the big day:
abby will be 5!!!!!
this is where i want to freeze her and not let her grow any more!
for dinner we had leftovers so i took the opportunity to make a fruit salad drizzled with bavarian honey (thank you monika and bernd!), chop veggies to freeze before they go bad and got a fresh tomato soup started to make this weekend.
btw we have been going vegetarian for a while now and we love it! (except when we go out to eat).
tomorrow we will be:
baking THE cake,
changing the fish's water,
in the early afternoon we will go swimming,
then back for some pizza, popcorn and movie :)
excited!!!!!
btw my neck & arm are much better. almost full range of motion on my arm. and almost completely pain free. have not needed to take any pain medication since thursday afternoon!!! thank you to all who prayed!
oh and one last thing: when is a good age to get your daughter's ears pierced?
abby wants her pierced but we decided she is not ready for it.
but what is a good age for that?
